Please email wendy@wendydunhamjewelry.com as soon as you are aware of an error in your shipping address. If your item hasn't shipped yet, we will make every effort to make the correction. If the item has already shipped, we are unable to make corrections. Once your order ships, you will be notified via email with tracking information. Wendy Dunham Jewelry is not held responsible for delays by the USPS or for lost or damaged items caused by the USPS. Customer service is available M-F and will answer your requests within 24-48 business hours. Weekends and holidays excluded.
Changes can be made to your order within 24 hours by sending an email to wendy@wendydunhamjewelry.com. Any changes requested after 24 hours will be considered only if the item has not yet been processed.
Returns may only be made for unworn, non-custom jewelry pieces for merchandise credit within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. Please return jewelry in a padded envelope or in the same manner in which it was received.
